Details of Services

The scope of services is limited to a single consultation only, unless we are instructed by you to provide further services and we accept those instructions in writing Section 43 of the Code of Conduct, which regulates the conduct of registered migration agents, prohibits agents from providing immigration assistance to clients (unless this occurs during an initial consultation) without a signed service agreement in force.

The basis of the fees for the services is calculated as follows:

• Consultation up to 45 minutes: $110.00 incl.GST.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

We require payment of the relevant professional fees in advance or after consultation.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. APPOINTMENT OF AGENT
   The Client appoints and authorises Migration Dreamz and its Registered Migration Agent(s) to represent the Client and to perform the services as outlined in this agreement. This representation will be carried out with the highest level of professionalism and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
   
   
2. CODE OF CONDUCT (CODE)
   Migration Dreamz operates in accordance with the Migration Agents Code of Conduct as per the Migration (Migration Agents Code ofvConduct) Regulations 2021 (“Code”). This Code governs the professional conduct of registered migration agents in Australia. Both the Client and the Agent agree to uphold and comply with the Code.
   
   
3. CONSUMER GUIDE
   The Client acknowledges receipt of the Consumer Guide, which provides essential information about the services of registered migration agents and the rights and obligations of clients.
   
   
4. SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED
   
   Migration Dreamz offers the following services as part of this initial consultation agreement:
   
   1. (a) Preliminary Advice:
   During the consultation, we will provide preliminary advice on potential migration or sponsorship options based on the information provided by the Client.
   
   2.(b) Consultation Summary:
   Following the consultation, we will provide a brief written summary of the discussion. If applicable, this summary will include relevant Fact Sheets outlining potential migration options, general criteria, visa processes, and an estimate of our professional fees for further services.
   
   
5. WHO WILL PERFORM THE WORK
   All immigration assistance and professional advice will be provided by Migration Dreamz’s Registered Migration Agent(s) listed in this agreement. These agents are accredited professionals who are bound by the Migration Agents Code of Conduct and Australian law.
   
   
6. REFUNDS
   Migration Dreamz does not provide refunds for professional fees paid for the initial consultation. Clients are encouraged to ensure they understand the scope of the consultation prior to booking.
   
   
7. CONFIDENTIALITY
   Migration Dreamz will take all reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality and security of the Client’s personal information and documents. This includes maintaining privacy and complying with our professional and legal obligations under Australian privacy laws.
   
   
8. GOVERNING LAW
   This agreement is governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
   
   
9. IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR CLIENTS
   A reference to ‘Client’ refers to all individuals or entities engaged under this agreement. By proceeding with the consultation, the Client confirms they understand and agree to the terms outlined above.
